ZikrHabit

1. Description of Service

ZikrHabit is a digital Tasbih counter and spiritual habit tracker designed to help Muslims build a consistent daily remembrance (Dhikr) routine. We provide features including:

• Digital counters and pre-set/custom supplication libraries.
• Usage statistics, streak calendars, and personal progress heatmaps.
• Community-wide collective recitation goals and anonymous leaderboards.
• Premium upgrades offering enhanced history charts and deep analytics.

2. Registration and Google OAuth Authentication

You may use parts of the Service as a guest without creating an account (in which case data is saved locally on your device). To access advanced features (such as multi-device synchronization, streak tracking, and leaderboard participation), you must authenticate using your Google Account via Google OAuth.

By signing in with Google, you authorize us to retrieve your email address, display name, and profile photo. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We will never post on your behalf or share your information with unauthorized third parties.

3. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

Certain features of ZikrHabit (e.g. detailed statistics and full heatmap access) are part of our Premium subscription.

• Billing: Premium features are purchased as a recurring monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime payment as displayed on our pricing cards.
• Payment Processors: We use secure, third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay) to process payments. We do not store or collect your payment card details. All transactions are governed by the payment processor's privacy policies and terms of service.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. All payments are final and non-refundable once the payment is successful. If you believe there has been an error or you wish to request a refund, you must contact us directly at support@zikrhabit.com so we can evaluate your request.

4. Acceptable Use and Community Code of Conduct

You agree not to use ZikrHabit for any unlawful purpose or to disrupt the service for other users. In particular:

• Do not attempt to manipulate or inject artificial counts into collective community dhikrs or the leaderboards.
• Do not write offensive or profane content in custom supplication titles.
• Do not abuse or exploit bugs in the client or API endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, content, layout design, animations, illustrations, and logos on the Service (except for public domain Arabic supplication texts) are the exclusive property of ZikrHabit. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our assets without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the counters, cloud synchronization, or streaks. While we try our best to ensure data permanence, we are not liable for any lost counts or streak resets.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZikrHabit and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
